Proagriwax™ 60/66W

Proagriwax™ 60/66W is a white/neutral colored wax without any hormone or color additives. This wax is typically used either as a callusing wax in its pure form by grafters who does not use hormones, or partially used to dilute the hormone wax level when used. Some grafters also use this wax in the greenhouses or nursery fields in moderate temperature regions.

How To Use:
The wax should be melted and kept in a temperature controlled melting pot between 76 – 80 degrees. It is important to avoid higher temperatures as this might damage the plant. Wax is applied by dipping the plant in to the melted wax. This should be done in a rapid movement so that the plant is submerged in the warm wax for a minimal amount of time, approximately 0,5 second. The plant material, both the rootstock and scion, should be cold and moist when the wax is applied. The plant should be submerged in cold water for 4-5 seconds directly after dipping.
