Proagriwax™ RH-Ester

Proagriwax™ RH-Ester is typically used for wax treatment of plants prior to the callusing process. The product consist of a blend of waxes with plasticity properties in order to be flexible enough to stay intact for some time while the new callus tissue is growing. Proagriwax RH-Ester contains 35 ppm of the active chemical Methyl-2,5-dichlorobenzoate to stimulate growth of new callus tissue.

How To Use:
The wax should be melted and kept in a temperature controlled melting pot between 76 – 80 degrees. It is important to avoid higher temperatures as this might damage the plant. Wax is applied by dipping the plant in to the melted wax. This should be done in a rapid movement so that the plant is submerged in the warm wax for a minimal amount of time, approximately 0,5 second. The plant material, both the rootstock and scion, should be cold and moist when the wax is applied. The plant should be submerged in cold water for 4-5 seconds directly after dipping.

Color:

Proagriwax RH-Ester has a red color.
